Brushing Newfoundland teeth

Brushing your dogs teeth is a very important part of grooming, this should be done weekly to maintain healthy teeth and gums in addition to other teeth care.

Toothpaste: Kissable and/or Virbac https://amzn.to/2WVc8Ht / https://amzn.to/2WVcbTF
There are also great additions to teeth care like frozen raw meat bones (this helps the dog naturally scrap plaque from their teeth that a toothbrush cannot), as well as other chew bones and treats like Greenies.
Another in-between option is a fresh breath gel. We like to use the gel before outings, to help freshen the breath. This gel not only freshen breaths but also helps soften the plaque so when the dogs chews or we brush, the plaque is softer and easier to remove.
