Our digital paintings are all done by hand and take many hours, these are not done with an app or a filter. Paintings are $50 per head. You can have multiple in one photo, or done separately.
You will need to have images ready of your pet(s). The higher quality with the best natural lighting is the best. The photos need to be face on, unless you specifically want a profile done. Your photo will be painted and a sample will be sent to you. Once you have approved the sample we will take payment through PayPal or Venmo, it is your choice which is best for you. When payment is received the full size resolution file will be sent to your email.
Once you have the file, you can have it printed in any size, or on anything you like. We recommend Fine Art American and/or Zazzle but there are many printing services out there.
You own the photo and can do anything you like with it. You can post it on social media (you are more than welcome to tag us if you like “Notta Bear Newfoundlands or @nottabearnewfoundlands”) To start a custom commission:
- Choose the images of your pet(s) you want the painting based off of

- Send a message with your photos, a description of colors you would like used (or if you want to give us creative freedom), and other details that you think may be helpful to us.
- Include in your message your email so we can have that on file to send you the painting when it is finished
- Also include if you want to use PayPal or Venmo for payment so we can send you the correct information when your painting is finished.
